Organizational Structure and History
Administrative Structure of FEBC Russian Ministries
All Russian fields have one and the same Board of Directors. Fluency in Russian language and understanding of the culture is a requirement for all members of the Russian Board of Directors.
There is an agreement to the following basic principles:
The operation of all Russian FEBC centers should be conducted on the autonomous basis, however, in a close network with other FEBC offices in programming and other projects, especially, when there is a territorial overlap. FEBC centers throughout the CIS are known in the Russian language as Radio Teos.
Financial subsidies and other help between FEBC centers is a matter of the agreement between the involved groups. The Russian Board of Directors has no administrative responsibility of the day to day activity in this regard, except in cases of serious challenges.
